Eligibility: You must be an owner or co-owner of BSW property
Commitment: Attend regular and special meetings, as well as community events
Responsibility: Adhere to BSW bylaws and covenants while representing the interests of your neighbors

Enjoy helping others, and look forward to getting involved daily in my community. I am retired and always looking to stay busy and help out wherever needed. I always try to be fair and be a good listener (always working on it) and be in the present!

Hello Braun Station West Friends and Neighbors!
I, Alice Worthington, have been a resident of this fine neighborhood since August, 2000. This neighborhood continues to maintain its beauty and integrity and is well sought after to live in. The people here support each other and become more like family as time goes by. That is what keeps people staying here and outsiders wanting to come live here. It's called Pride.
I have previously served on the HOA Board, but left due to family medical issues. But throughout the years, I have continued to stay informed of ongoing issues, maintaining support and offering advice when asked. I care about this neighborhood and truly want to stay involved and considered a part of the "family". I have also served on the now retired Braun Station West Women's Club, having served 2 years as President, and remain active in the Women's Bunco Club. I participate in these activities because it brings a sense of camaraderie to the women who attend, making them feel needed and wanted, in addition to being a lot of fun. I try to instill this sense with everyone I encounter.
Returning to serve the Board will allow me to continue to voice my concerns and accolades as needed and hopefully maintain a progressive and successful Board of Directors.
