🌟 Braun Station Community Yard Sale 🌟

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: April 10 - 12. 

Braun Station West has joined with Braun Station East to collaborate on a community-wide yard sale! Twice the fun and twice the bargains! Don't forget to get your sale permit, available at any HEB. City ordinance only allows sales for two days. Clean out those closets or join in the fun searching for unique items needed a new home.

The Tezel Clubhouse is getting a new roof, finally. Please be careful if you are around the clubhouse grounds. 

Work will start April 7.

BSW Annual Picnic

SATURDAY, MAY 16, 2026 AT TEZEL POOL

Fun, food, games, and live music. Join your neighbors for an evening of great music from the Chuck Wilmer Band. Games for all ages will be eventful. Food truck (TBD) will supply our dinner. We are asking residents to donate a dessert (or two) to share. Festivities kick off at 3:30 pm. Food starts at 4:30 pm. The Chuck Wilmer Band starts at 5:30 pm. Pool access free to all! All registered guests will receive food tickets upon signing in at the check-in table.
