The Braun Station West Office will be closed November 24 - 29. We'll resume our regular office hours (12:00 [noon] - 6:00 pm) on December 1, 2025.

Our Adult-Only Christmas Potluck Party is just about a month away and we can’t wait to celebrate the season with all of you!

Our Board of Directors will be in attendance it’s the perfect chance to say hello, ask questions, and learn more about how you can get involved! We’ll have a few board positions opening in the new year, and we’re looking for interested homeowners to run at our Annual Meeting on January 24th. If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference in your neighborhood, this is your time to shine! 🌟

🏠 Thinking About Home Improvements?

Friendly reminder: If you’re planning any exterior improvements to your home, such as fencing, sheds, or a pool you may need ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval before beginning your project.

👉 Apply online or stop by the HOA office to pick up an application. 

This process helps us maintain neighborhood standards and protect property values, while also avoiding unnecessary headaches later on. If in doubt, check first!

🏠 Clubhouse & Pool Rentals – Plan Your Next Party Here

Looking for the perfect place to host a birthday, baby shower, graduation, reunion, or holiday party? The BSW Clubhouse and Pools are available to rent through the end of 2025.

💲 Rental Options

• Brigadoon Pool: $100 rental + $100 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

• Tezel Pool: $150 rental + $150 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

• Clubhouse Only: $250 rental + $250 deposit

• Clubhouse + Pool: $275 rental + $275 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

📍 Visit us at 8630 Tezel Rd to check availability and reserve your date. Our spaces are popular, so be sure to book early!

📬 HOA Assessments – Past Due Reminder

If you haven’t paid your 2025 HOA dues, please do so as soon as possible to avoid late fees.

💳 Payment Options:

• Pay online

• Drop check in the HOA office drop box (8630 Tezel Rd)

• Pay in person during office hours (Mon–Fri, 12–6 PM)

💲 Fees: $1 for ACH • 3% for card payments
