Whether you’re just learning or want to level up your skills, private one-on-one swim lessons are available for all ages  babies, kids, teens, AND adults!

🚫 Closed on Tuesdays

Tezel Pool
🕕 Tuesday–Thursday: 6 AM – 8 PM
🕕 Friday–Sunday: 6 AM – 7 PM
🚫 Closed on Mondays

📣 2025 HOA ASSESSMENTS – PAST DUE 📬

A friendly reminder that 2025 HOA dues were due February 28. If you haven’t paid yet, now’s the time!

🏠 Rental Options:

Brigadoon Pool: $100 rental + $100 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

Tezel Pool: $150 rental + $150 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

Clubhouse (no pool): $250 rental + $250 deposit

Clubhouse + Pool: $275 rental + $275 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)
