Braun Station West Amended and Corrected Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Braun Station West apply to every lot in Braun Station West. They are variously referred to as the Covenants, Declaration, CCRs, or Deed Restrictions.

The Texas Legislature in 2011 amended the Texas Property Code, Section 209.0041(h) to set the percentage needed to change the Covenants at 67%.  Our Covenants had set the percentage at 75% after we became 30 years old, having started at 90%.

Each unit annexed to Braun Station West has its own unique restrictions that are listed in a separate document called a Certificate of Annexation. Owners were provided a copy of these restrictions when they purchased their properties, and copies are available below or in the office.
