Dear Neighbors,

We’re excited to share this year’s pool card information and updated pool hours so everyone can make the most of our community pools! Please read carefully and keep handy for reference.

💳 Pool Card Fees (Yearly Renewal Required)

New Pool Cards – $30

Reactivated Pool Cards – $25

Senior Pool Cards – $20 (always)

👉 Cards must be renewed every year.

🏠 How to Get or Renew Your Pool Card

Stop by the BSW Office (8630 Tezel Rd.) Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 6 PM.

Or pay online through the banner link at the top of our website.

If you have your existing pool card number, please enter it.

If you don’t, stop by the office to pick up a card and get it activated.

Please note: You must be in good standing with a zero balance on your HOA account to access the pools.

📢 Important Note (as of 9/29/25)

We are currently out of pool cards. Don’t worry! We can still remotely let you in: Text 726-244-6113 with your name, phone number, address, and which gate you’re entering.We’ll open the gate for you remotely.

Tuesday – Thursday: 6 AM – 7 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 6 AM – 7 PM

Closed Mondays for cleaning

Open Daily: 6 AM – 7 PM

Closed Tuesdays for cleaning

✅ Both pools include a baby pool and restrooms for your convenience.

🎉 A Friendly Reminder

The pools will remain open until the end of October. We encourage all neighbors to enjoy them while the weather is still warm.

✅ Who Can Rent?
Only Braun Station West residents with a $0 balance due to the HOA can lease the Clubhouse or Pools.

✅ How to Reserve Your Spot?
📌 Complete the lease agreement
📌 Pay the rental fee & deposit (equal to the rental fee)
📌 If renting the pool, add the Pool Monitor fee (see below)
📌 Submit everything to the office, and you're all set! 🎊

 (Your date can only be secured upon receipt of all rental funds. Please come to the office at 8630 Tezel to complete your rental contract and pay your deposit and rental fee.)

💰 Rental Fees:
🏡 Clubhouse Rental: $300 for the first 5 hours + $35 for each extra hour
 

🏊 Pool Rental:

Tezel Pool: $200 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM)

Brigadoon Pool: $150 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM)

🌟 Clubhouse & Pool Combo: $375 for up to 4 hours (7-11 PM) + $65 for each extra hour

Pool Monitor Fee: $100 (required for all pool rentals)

🛠️ Setup & Cleanup:
Your rental time includes setup and cleanup. 🎈🧹 Please stick to your contracted time no early setups or late breakdowns. Deposits are refunded after inspection (if no damage).

🏊Tezel Pool: Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM

🏊Brigadoon Pool: Daily, 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM  except for Tuesdays

🔑 Court Keys – Only $20!
Grab your key for the Pickleball or Tennis Courts at the office and enjoy endless fun with family, friends, or fellow neighbors!

🏀 Basketball Court at Tezel:
Need to shoot some hoops? Get the gate code for the Basketball Court at the office (court closes at 9 PM daily).

🏐 Sports Court at Brigadoon:
Want to play on the Sports Court at Brigadoon? Pick up the gate code at the office! (Court closes at dusk daily.)

We’ve got open play every Sunday from 10 AM - 12 PM for all skill levels! Come meet your neighbors, enjoy some friendly competition, and have a blast! 🏓💥

🕒 Office Hours
The Braun Station West office is open Monday - Friday from 12 PM - 6 PM at 8630 Tezel Road. Swing by to grab your court keys, gate codes, or just to say hi! 😊

Swim at Your Own Risk

No lifeguards will be present. There will only be a monitor to check IDs and enforce the rules. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, per Texas law, and unaccompanied minors must be able to swim.

Guest

Each Pool Access Card holder (resident) is allowed up to 5 guest per visit. The resident must accompany and remain with the guest at all times.

Pool Monitors

During peak hours we will have Pool Monitors on duty at both pools to insure the HOA rules are being followed. 

Swim Lessons

 There will not be any swimming lessons this season.

Pool Gate Access Form

To expedite the process of buying your pool key card when you come to the office, fill out the Pool Card Form in advance (one form per family). Click on the link above for the pool card form. 

Pool Cards are $30 each per family and may be used by all family members and up to five of their guests. Additional cards and cards for seniors or disabled persons are $20 each.
