• Current Property Owner Name

• Annual Assessment Rates for Developed and Undeveloped Lots

• Total Assessments and Income due

• Date Assessments Due

How can you request a Statement of Account?

To request a Resale Packet, follow these simple steps:

1) Download our Statement of Account form

2) Complete the top portion of our Statement of Account form

3) Email the filled-in Statement of Account form to manager@braunstationwest.com with the subject line: Statement of Account for (property address), refinance.

If you want to include a brief message about yourself, the property owners, any unusual details, or the anticipated closing date, please do.

4) Submit the Statement of Account fee ($25) by paying online here: CLICK HERE TO PAY. 

• Input the property address in the Invoice # field.

• Select "Statement of Account" from the drop-down menu in the field under "Payment for:"

What happens after you request a Statement of Account?

After you submit the completed Statement of Account form and the Resale Packet Fee, you will be emailed a Statement of Account within 2 business days. 

Resale Packet - $325 packet fee, plus $200 property transfer fee (due at closing)

What is included in a Resale Packet?

EVERYTHING INCLUDED IN A STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT, plus

• Texas Real Estate Commission Subdivision Information, including Resale Certificate

• BSW Certificate of Liability Insurance

• 2026 Annual Homeowner's Meeting Budget Overview

• BSW Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions

• BSW Bylaws

• BSW Policies

• Any CCR Violation History Associated with the property

• Transaction History for the property owner

How can you request a Resale Packet?

To request a Resale Packet, follow these simple steps:

1) Download our Statement of Account form

2) Complete the top portion of our Statement of Account form

3) Email the filled-in Statement of Account form to manager@braunstationwest.com with the subject line: Resale Packet for (property address).

4) Submit the Resale Packet fee ($325) by paying online here: CLICK HERE TO PAY. 

• Input the property address in the Invoice # field.

• Select "Resale Packet" from the drop down menu in the field under "Payment for:"

What happens after you request a Resale Packet?

After you submit the completed Statement of Account form and the Resale Packet Fee, you will be emailed a Resale Packet within 2 business days. 

After closing, please submit the finalized Statement of Account form (updated at the bottom with the new property owner's information) with: 

• a copy of the recorded deed and 

• the $200 Property Transfer Fee (payable online or by check made out to Braun Station West)
