🚧 Street Improvement Alert 🚧

Hello Braun Station West neighbors! We want to let you know that a pavement preservation project will be starting soon in our community.

🗓️ Start Date: Friday, September 5th-12th
⏰ Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (daily, weather permitting)
📍 Impacted Streets:
➡️ Hoke
➡️ Crooked Brook
➡️ Beowulf
➡️ Colchester

⚠️ Important Reminders:

Please do not park on these streets during project hours.

Access may be limited while work is underway. Plan accordingly.

Crews will work as quickly and safely as possible to minimize disruption.

Neighbors, please join us for an important Special Meeting regarding the Tony LaFrenier Brigadoon Pool drainage issue.

💧 This meeting will focus specifically on the drainage concerns affecting the Brigadoon Pool area. Your input and participation are vital as we discuss possible solutions and next steps.

Brigadoon Pool Only: $100 rental + $100 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

Tezel Pool Only: $150 rental + $150 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

Clubhouse Only: $250 rental + $250 deposit

Clubhouse + Pool: $275 rental + $275 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

📬 HOA Assessments – Past Due

📢 Your 2025 HOA dues were due February 28. If you haven’t paid yet, please do so ASAP to avoid late fees.

💲 Fees: $1 for ACH • 3% for card payments

Neighbors, summer fun is still going strong at both of our pools! Here’s a reminder of the hours so you can plan your swims, workouts, and family time:

Tezel Pool Hours

Tuesday – Thursday: 6 AM – 8 PM

Friday – Sunday: 6 AM – 7 PM

Closed on Mondays for maintenance

Tony LaFrenier (Brigadoon) Pool Hours

Open 6 AM – 7 PM daily

Closed on Tuesdays for cleaning

Looking to celebrate? Pool parties are available for booking:

Brigadoon Pool – Every day, 7 PM – 11 PM

Tezel Pool – Weekends only, 7 PM – 11 PM
