Hello Neighbors! π This is your all-in-one update for everything happening in Braun Station West. From fun family events to opportunities to get involved, hereβs what you need to know to make the most of the season. π
The Braun Station West Office is open 12:00 [noon] - 6:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The office is CLOSED TUESDAYS and all federal holidays.
We still have vacancies for booking your party in 2026. Call the office at [210-680-3009] or stop by to check whether your date is available.
π·Spring Break!π·
The Tezel Pool will be open for Spring Break from March 7-15.
Hours: 10 am to 6 pm
Pool Card not required
Not sure what to do with the kids during Spring Break? Come on down to the Tezel pool and let them splash their sillies out! Our pool will be open from 10 am until 6 pm beginning on Saturday, March 7, and continuing through Sunday, March 15.Β
Be warned, the water is still very cold - swim at your own risk, and bring lots of towels, warm snacks, and dry clothes to change into. If they are shivering, get them out of the water and warm them up!
Spring Break is a time of relaxation and renewal, so leave your pool card at home! The pool is open to all residents of Braun Station West for the duration of our Spring Break celebration - no pool card required.

Friendly reminder: If youβre planning any exterior improvements to your home, such as fencing, sheds, or a pool, you may need ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval before beginning your project.

This process helps us maintain neighborhood standards and protect property values, while also avoiding unnecessary headaches later on. If in doubt, check first!
Looking for the perfect place to host a birthday, baby shower, graduation, reunion, or holiday party? The BSW Clubhouse and Pools are available to rent through the end of 2025.

LaFrenier (Formerly Brigadoon) Pool: $150 rental + $150 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)
Tezel Pool: $200 rental + $200 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)
Clubhouse Only: $300 rental + $300 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)
Clubhouse + Pool: $375 rental + $375 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

Email Invoices have gone out for our 2026 HOA Assessments. The Assessment dues can be paid online by clicking the button at the top of this page, or by check or in cash at the HOA Office at 8630 Tezel Rd. To avoid late fees, please submit your assessment by March 31, 2026. Invoices have been emailed to those who have shared their email address with the office. This saves us the cost of time, postage, and supplies. Printed invoices will be coming as soon as they are available.Β
The 2026 Assessment for a developed lot is $300.00
The 2026 Assessment for an undeveloped lot is $150.28
