Annual Meeting Outcome

Meeting minutes from the annual meeting will be posted as soon as they become available. 

In the meantime, we would like to welcome the following new board members:

Braun Station West is welcoming a new Board President, Jonnie McCart. We bid a sad farewell to our departing members, Leslie Keitzman and former President John Siedo, with thanks for their service and dedication.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Braun Station West Office is open 12:00 [noon] - 6:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The office is closed Tuesdays and all federal holidays.

HOLIDAY HOURS: The Braun Station West Office will be closed on February 16, 2026, for Presidents' Day.

We still have vacancies for booking your party in 2026. Call the office [210-680-3009] or stop by to see if your date is available.

🏠 Thinking About Home Improvements?

Friendly reminder: If you’re planning any exterior improvements to your home, such as fencing, sheds, or a pool, you may need ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval before beginning your project.

👉 Apply online or stop by the HOA office to pick up an application. 

This process helps us maintain neighborhood standards and protect property values, while also avoiding unnecessary headaches later on. If in doubt, check first!

🏠 Clubhouse & Pool Rentals – Plan Your Next Party Here

Looking for the perfect place to host a birthday, baby shower, graduation, reunion, or holiday party? The BSW Clubhouse and Pools are available to rent through the end of 2025.

💲 Rental Options

• LaFrenier (Formerly Brigadoon) Pool: $150 rental + $150 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

• Tezel Pool: $200 rental + $200 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

• Clubhouse Only: $300 rental + $300 deposit

• Clubhouse + Pool: $375 rental + $375 deposit + $100 pool monitor (cash)

📍 Visit us at 8630 Tezel Rd to check availability and reserve your date. Our spaces are popular, so be sure to book early!

📬 2026 HOA Assessments – Due March 2, 2026

Invoices will be going out soon for our 2026 HOA Assessments. The Assessment dues can be paid online by clicking on the button at the top of this page, or you can pay by check or in cash at the HOA Office at 8630 Tezel Rd.

• The 2026 Assessment for a developed lot is $300.00

• The 2026 Assessment for an undeveloped lot is $150.28

💲 Fees: $1 for ACH • 3% for card payments
✅ Checks payable to: Braun Station West HOA

If you haven’t paid your 2025 HOA dues, please do so as soon as possible to minimize late fees.

• Pay online

• Drop check in the HOA office drop box (8630 Tezel Rd)

• Pay in person during office hours (Mon–Fri, 12–6 PM)
