ANNUAL MEETING JANUARY 24
Annual Meeting Time, Place, and Elections
BSW will elect three (3) Board Members at the Annual Meeting, held at 2 pm at City Church of San Antonio on January 24, 2026.
Election Procedures
How does BSW elect new board members and officers? It's a two-step process that takes place during our annual meeting. First, homeowners elect 3 new members to our board of directors. The three seats up for election are the seats currently held by John Siedo, our president, who is seeking re-election to the board and the position of president; Leslie Keitzman, our community involvement committee chair; and a third, vacant seat.
After new board members are elected, we hold a second election to select the board's executive positions. Only individuals currently serving on the board or newly elected to the board are eligible for executive officer positions on the board. This year, we will select three executive officers at the annual meeting. The first executive position on the ballot will be president (Jonnie McCart, a current board member, is running for president, and John Siedo has announced his intention to run for president if re-elected to the board). The second executive position on the ballot will be vice president. So far, only one candidate for the board has announced his intention to run for vice president if elected to the board: Rick Grosso. The final executive officer position on the ballot will be treasurer. So far, no candidates or returning officers have announced an intention to serve as treasurer if elected to the board.
Candidates for the Board and Leadership Positions
If you have the expertise to help manage a vibrant and active association, now is the time to give back to this great community.Β

We need good people for a great community. Currently, we have a Treasurer who is running for President, and a Vice President who will be stepping down from his executive position. If you would like to announce your intention to run for President, Vice President, or Treasurer (especially if you have a background in finance or accounting), please indicate your willingness and qualifications to serve in one of those positions in your board application.
Proxies
