The Tezel pool will be open from 8 am to 8 pm Tuesday through Sunday, beginning April 17.

The LaFrenier pool on Brigadoon St. will be closed until May 1.

Pool rentals are still scheduled daily from 7 PM - 11 PM. If the pool is in use by a rental, it is closed to the public.
Come by the Tezel Office at 8630 Tezel Road during regular office hours (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from noon to 6 pm - the office is closed Tuesdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and all federal holidays) to sign your 2026 Pool Use Agreement and purchase or renew your pool cards.

Friendly reminder: If youβre planning any exterior improvements to your home, such as fencing, sheds, or a pool, you may need ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval before beginning your project. π Apply online (Form) or stop by the HOA office to pick up an application.Β
This process helps us maintain neighborhood standards and protect property values, while also avoiding unnecessary headaches later on. If in doubt, check first!

Tezel Pool: $300 rental + $300 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)
Clubhouse Only: $300 rental + $300 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)
Clubhouse + Pool: $475 rental + $475 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

2026 Assessment dues can be paid online by clicking the button at the top of this page, or by check or in cash at the HOA Office at 8630 Tezel Rd. Assessment fees were due by March 31, 2026. Invoices have been emailed to those who have provided their email addresses to the office or mailed to all others. Email invoices save the cost of time, postage, and supplies. Payment plans are available. If you need help making your 2026 assessment payment, please contact the office at 210-680-3009 or email manager@braunstationwest.com to learn about your options.
The 2026 Assessment for a developed lot is $300.00
The 2026 Assessment for an undeveloped lot is $150.28
