Please be respectful of the pools. Homeowners must be present when using their access. Follow directions of Monitors or BSW Staff. Clean up your trash and place in the trash can. BSW is not responsible for any lost items or items that have been left. 

Pool rentals are still scheduled daily from 7 PM - 11 PM. If the pool is in use by a rental, it is closed to the public.

Come by the Tezel Office at 8630 Tezel Road during regular office hours (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from noon to 6 pm - the office is closed Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays, and all federal holidays) to sign your 2026 Pool Use Agreement and purchase or renew your pool cards.

Friendly reminder: If you’re planning any exterior improvements to your home, such as fencing, sheds, or a pool, you may need ACC (Architectural Control Committee) approval before beginning your project. 👉 Apply online (Form) or stop by the HOA office to pick up an application. 

This process helps us maintain neighborhood standards and protect property values, while also avoiding unnecessary headaches later on. If in doubt, check first!

• LaFrenier (Formerly Brigadoon) Pool: $250 rental + $250 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

• Tezel Pool: $300 rental + $300 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

• Clubhouse Only: $300 rental + $300 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

• Clubhouse + Pool: $475 rental + $475 deposit (pool monitor gratuities welcome)

📬 2026 BSWCIA Assessments – Past Due

You can pay 2026 assessment dues online by clicking the button at the top of this page, or by check or cash at the BSWCIA Office at 8630 Tezel Rd. Assessment fees were due by March 31, 2026. Braun Station West emails all assessment invoices, saving thousands of dollars in postage and supplies, and employee time. If you aren't sure Braun Station West has your current email and phone number, contact the office today to update your contact information. Payment plans are available. If you need help making your 2026 assessment payment, please contact the office at 210-680-3009 or email manager@braunstationwest.com to learn about your options.

• The 2026 Assessment for a developed lot is $300.00

• The 2026 Assessment for an undeveloped lot is $150.28

If you haven’t paid your 2025 HOA dues, please do so as soon as possible to minimize late fees.
