Clubhouse & Pool Rental Info
Clubhouse and Pool Lease/Rental Policies-2024
1. The clubhouse and or pool may be leased/rented by Braun Station West residents only, who have a $0.00 balance due to the HOA.
2. To reserve a date, please return a completed lease agreement with the rental fee, the deposit equal to the rental fee, and the pool monitor fee if applicable, to the office.
3. Clubhouse Rental Fees: $200.00 for the first 5 hours. $35.00 for each additional hour.
4. Pool Rental Fees: $100.00 for up to four hours. One pool monitor is required for the duration of your pool rental and will be assigned by management.
5. Clubhouse & Pool Combo Rental: $275.00 Includes 4 hours of pool time within the 5-hour time slot reserved. A $275.00 deposit is required to reserve your requested date.
6. Large Parties-Clubhouse & Patio: $250.00 for 5 hours, this is not available during Pool Season.
7. Setup and Cleanup: Your rental time includes setting up your event and cleaning up after the event has ended. No one will be permitted to decorate or set up earlier or stay to clean up later than the time for which you have contracted. If there are any damages to the clubhouse and/or pool, your deposit will be put towards repairs/replacements. If there are no damages, your deposit will be returned to you after the keys are returned and the clubhouse has been inspected.
8. Summer Clubhouse/Pool Rental Hours: The Clubhouse may be leased anytime. Pool rentals are allowed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Contact the manager for more information or to make a reservation.

Tezel Pool Info
The Tezel Pool is the largest of our two pools. It's also used by the Braun Station Swim Team for practices and meets. Go Barracudas!!

Courts
Tennis Courts-keys available for purchase at the office. Courts close at 10pm daily.
Basketball Court at Tezel- gate code available at the office. Court closes at 9pm daily.

General Pool Info, Policies & Forms
Swim at Your Own Risk
No lifeguards will be present. There will only be a monitor to check IDs and enforce the rules. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult, per Texas law, and unaccompanied minors must be able to swim.
Guest
Each Pool Access Card holder (resident) is allowed up to 5 guest per visit. The resident must accompany and remain with the guest at all times.
Pool Monitors
During peak hours we will have Pool Monitors on duty at both pools to insure the HOA rules are being followed.
Swim Lessons
There will not be any swimming lessons this season.
To expedite the process of buying your pool key card when you come to the office, fill out the Pool Card Form in advance (one form per family). Click on the link above for the pool card form.
Pool Cards are $30 each per family and may be used by all family members and up to five of their guests. Additional cards and cards for seniors or disabled persons are $20 each.
