2024 Yard of the Month
BSW wishes to recognize four residents each month who put in superior effort to maintain their properties, contributing to our community's overall appearance.
Each month, four winners will be chosen by the residents of BSW.
One in Braun Heights
One from Creek Trail
Two from the Tezel/Wickersham area
Please submit nominations using the link below from May 1st through May 15th.
Yard of the Month Nomination Form
Voting will open on May 20th and close on May 27th. On May 27th, votes will be counted, and the winner will be announced no later than May 31st. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen by a secret panel.
Every yard nominated will remain on the ballot until they win.

Rules
Yard must be violation-free: no violations of the Braun Station West Covenants, policies, or guidelines.
