2023 BSW Annual Assessments (Dues)

The statements for the 2023 BSW Annual Assessment (HOA dues) are currently being prepared by our office staff. The dues for a developed lot are $262.50 this year, and half of that for an undeveloped lot.
All property owners must pay these dues for each lot they own to remain in good standing.
Because of having to wait for the Annual Meeting to confirm the dues amount and recent staff turnover, statements will be mailed out later than usual. However, owners do not need to wait until they receive their statement to pay their dues. They can either be paid online using the link on our homepage at https://www.braunstationwest.com, or bring a check to the office. Please note the fees for online payments ($1 for e-check, 3% for credit/debit cards). Also, you must enter the correct amount of the payment and the property address in the Payment Summary window.
Thank you for your understanding as we work to get statements out. Your dues account for about 80% of our budget and help keep Braun Station West the great community that it is.
