Storage of Vehicles

Jan 31, 2023

REMINDER: No boats, boat trailers, travel trailers, campers, or vehicles of any kind are to be stored long-term in the public street right-of-way, on driveways, or on front or side lawns. A "stored vehicle" is one that is not used on a frequent basis, such as for daily commuting. The City of San Antonio prohibits parking on the street for more than 24 hours.

Stored vehicles must be screened from public view, either within the garage or behind the fence that encloses the rear of the lot. (BSW Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, paragraph 11).

Every owner contractually agreed to the provisions of the Covenants when they bought property in BSW. The purpose of the Covenants is to help protect the value and desirability of our properties. Please do your part and follow the rules about vehicle storage. The City of San Antonio has additional ordinances regarding storage and parking of vehicles.

This is the first in a series of reminders on the restrictions in our Covenants.

Respectfully,
Keith Riggle
BSWCIA President
