VOTING RESULTS
Hello, Braun Station West Homeowners,
The ballots have been counted and the proposed sign amendment to paragraph 17 of the BSW Covenants has FAILED. We needed affirmative votes from 67% of our lot owners, or 773 votes, for the amendment to pass, but we only received a total of 395 votes by the deadline. These results will be discussed at a future HOA Board meeting and any impact will be communicated by newsletter to all residents.
