IMPORTANT BSW HOA UPDATES, INCLUDING SPECIAL MEETING ON OCTOBER 25, 2022
Dear Braun Station West Homeowners,
For the second time this year, the Braun Station West HOA Board of Directors were unable to conduct HOA business because we did not have the required quorum of Board members. This time, it was the regular monthly October meeting scheduled on Wednesday, October 12th that was impacted by several absences.
A Special Meeting had already been scheduled for Tuesday, October 25th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the BSW Clubhouse. Originally, the only purpose of this meeting was to count the ballots received for the proposed Covenants amendment. However, we will have to add a few time-sensitive issues to the agenda that we were not able to address on Wednesday. The agenda will be sent out next Friday, 10/21/22, with the 72 hours’ notice required by Texas Property Code for special meetings.
Because this will be a working meeting for the Board, there will not be an open homeowner’s forum, but homeowners are welcome to attend to hear our discussions and observe the vote counting process. Homeowners have an opportunity to speak at our regular monthly meetings. Thank you for your understanding.
We are quite pleased with the number of ballots we have received in response to the proposed amendment. If you haven’t returned your ballot yet, you have until next Friday, October 21, to put it in the mail or drop it by the office.
