Must be filled out and approved before any new construction is started at your home (including items like sheds and fences).

There are additional restrictions for most of the units in Braun Station West contained in the Certificates of Annexation to Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. If you have any questions about a construction project, please call the office. Some examples of additional restrictions that apply to certain units include: 

Units 18, 20A

The outer walls of the first story of the main residence building constructed on any lot shall be at least seventy-five per cent (75%) by area, composed of masonry or masonry veneer, exclusive of window and door openings.

No detached garage or other permitted accessory building not designed for occupancy shall be located nearer than five feet (5') to an interior line.
